DPTI Rail Commissioner Safety Induction Employee Letter (82697)


Competency requirements

  • This competency can only be used for DPTI employees and must be issued by DPTI's RIW administrators.  The letter issued must have the department logo and branding for the Government of South Australia Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure (DPTI) and the name and job title of the person who generated the letter
  • Letter can only be used for DPTI employees and has been used to support RIW implementation in 2018/2019
  • Applicant's name to be displayed on the letter
  • Applicant's name on document must match the cardholders registered name (However shortened versions such as 'Chris' for Christopher will be accepted)
  • Black and white or colour copy accepted

  • Issue date = date of letter. 
  • Expiry date = 3 years from issue date
