Competency requirements

• Please upload either a certificate of achievement or a statement of attainment showing completion of 'Test rail using non-destructive testing equipment' (Or similar - Can be different wording used depending on issuer)
• Document must be issued by an ARTC-approved registered training organisation (RTO).
• The document must be less than 2 years old to ensure it is valid for this competency
• Black and white OR colour copy of this document is accepted.
• Must be clear and legible
• Certificate of competence showing 'Manual Ultrasonic Testing of Rail Level 1' in accordance with practices detailed in the American Society for Non Destructive Testing SNT-TC-1A 2001 (3 year expiry as per indicated on the certificate)
• Certificate issued by Australian Institute for non-destructive testing (AINDT) showing Ultrasonic Testing is accepted (5 year expiry as per indicated on the certificate)

Upload requirements

• Issue date to be recorded as the date the training was complete.
• Expiration date to be recorded as the date which is 2 years from the issue date
• Certificate issued by Australian Institute for non-destructive testing (AINDT) showing Ultrasonic Testing is accepted (5 year expiry as per indicated on the certificate)
