Qualified.ARTC - Handsignaller - Victoria (27110 OR 69497)


Competency requirements

  • Applicants name must be shown on document and must match the applicants name as it is registered in the system (However shortened first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' are accepted).
  • Must be a statement of attainment showing all mandatory units within this course OR a certificate of achievement showing completion of this course
  • The document must issued by an ARTC Approved Safeworking RTO
  • If a statement of attainment is uploaded instead of a certificate of achievement, it must show all mandatory units of competency that are required as shown within the ARTC VIC "Handsignaller" course requirements list on the ARTC Safeworking Matrix.
  • Black and white or Colour copy of the document is acceptable.
  • Document must be clear / legible.
  • NOTE: The Certificate of Achievement for successful completion “Changes to the ARTC TA20 Rules”, issued by The Instruction Company or CERT are not acceptable forms of evidence for the initial training required for ARTC Safeworking job roles. As this course is a subset of the required full set of rules to work in ARTC territory.
  • Certificate of completions showing "off the job theory" issued by Southern Cross Civil and Rail Training are not acceptable for ARTC safeworking roles.
  • All Safeworking qualifications with the issue date of or after the 1 August 2020 must have their Safeworking Certificate of Achievement loaded as evidence against the network competence Certificate of Achievement.TA20 Rule Change Briefing (82200) in addition to the Qualification unit
