Certificate of Currency.MTM - Track Force Protection Coord - Level 3 - VIC (35477)

From 1 January 2023, this competency must be awarded to the Rail Industry Worker profile using one of the following methods :

  • Directly awarded by the RTO who delivered the training, or
  • Added by a company if the certificate has back-to-source verification, such as a QR code. Please check the accepted evidence below for an example.

Competency requirements

  • Applicant's name must be shown on the document
  • Applicant's name on the document to match applicants name in RIW (However, shortened first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' are accepted)

Please upload a certificate issued by an MTM authorised Registered Training Organisation (RTO) provider:

  • Metro Academy – approved to deliver TFPC 3.3 Initial and Renewal


Acceptable certificates against this competence are:
  • SOA – (Containing below unit with accompanying Certificate of Completion as per Note 1) 
  1.  TLIL4069 Plan and coordinate track protection for multiple workgroups 

OR;

  • COC – Track Force Protection Coordinator 3.3 renewal (issued via Metro Academy only as per Note 2) 


Note 1: If uploading a Statement of Attainment it must be accompanied by a Certificate of Completion (COC) containing Track Force Protection Coordinator 3.3. 


Note 2: For the Metro Academy Renewal Certificate of Completion (COC) to be accepted the certificate MUST state that it is renewal training completed on a Metro academy template, for example, the certificate should state  “Track Force Protection Coordinator 3.3 Renewal”.


Note 3: The 6-Month renewals issued by Metro Academy are not accepted for this competency.


Note 4: For auditing certificates completed between June 2023 - December 2023 and uploaded by Metro trains Melbourne please follow the given link.


Note 5: The following documents can be accepted from the corresponding dates: TFPC 3.3 (MTM Upgrade) 10/11/2020 to 30/03/2024.


Note 6: The following certificate of completion (examples below) can be accepted from the corresponding dates: Track Force Protection Coordinator 3.3 (MTM Conversion) - 20/03/2024.

Upload requirements

  • Award Date = Date of completion is shown on the certificate
  • Expiry Date = 2-year expiry date from Date of Completion.
