Competency requirements

  • Applicants name must be displayed on the uploaded evidence.
  • Statement Of Attainment must be issued by an RTO and includes a Nationally Recognised Training logo.
  • For first time upload a Statement of Attainment MUST be uploaded, the Certificate of Achievement is accepted to maintain currency.
  • Must be a current Statement of Attainment, showing TLIF2080 (A, B, C) Safely Access the Rail Corridor or TLIF0020 - Safely access the rail corridor.
  • Must have date of completion that is less than 2 years ago.
  • A V/line approved RTO must be used, for V/Line approved RTO's please visit: https://www.riw.net.au/registered-training-organisations/
  • Training done by Australian Testing Services Rail and Construction Training can also be accepted for this competency as of 09/05/2022.
NOTE: Effective as of 23/02/2021 Documents issued by Accell Pty Ltd are not to be accepted
  • However, training done by John Holland for Safely Access the Rail Corridor that is co-branded Accell & John Holland can still be accepted.

Upload requirements

  • Issue date = date of completion shown on evidence.
  • Expiry date = 2 years from date of completion.
