Record of Relevant Experience. ARTC - Scoping/Acceptance of Design (Geotech) (31406)


Competency requirements

  • Applicants name must be displayed on the uploaded evidence
  • Evidence must display what is deemed an adequate amount of relevant experience as deemed fit by the assessor / Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Evidence must be signed by all relevant parties
  • Evidence must display matching role title
  • Black and white OR colour copy of this document is accepted
  • Must be clear and legible
  • Evidence must be signed by all relevant parties
  • All pages of the ARTC RORE (Record of Relevant Experience) Form (with relevant sections completed) are required as evidence to be uploaded. 
  • The uploaded document for this competency is expected to be verified by the relevant assessor/subject matter expert rather than a RIW Service Desk Member
  • After the RORE form has been completed by the applicant, the Employer Admin must submit the RORE form to the applicant’s RIW profile on the relevant Job Role, and select an assessor to apply for assessment. (Job Role Assessment guide for EA)
  • Once the Assessor receives the application, they will verify the documentation by downloading, signing, reuploading, and either Approving or Rejecting it. (Assessor Guide)


Note 1: The previous version of RORE form will be accepted until 28/06/2024. All new applications from 28/06/2024 onward MUST use the Updated RORE form.
