  • The attendance record must be dated 20.07.2018 or later. It can not be before this date.
  • All fields must be completed.
  • Also accepted are V/Line Track Force Protection Currency Requirements.

  • A Statement of Attainment can be used for the first time so long as it was achieved in the last two years, otherwise, recertification is required to identify you retain the relevant knowledge for the role.

  • Must be issued by one of the following RTO's:
