  • The completion date or issue date must be displayed
  • Unit of competency listed on the certificate to match the nominated unit within RIW
  • Name and/or signature of the issuer
  • Document / Certificate / Statement of Attainment Number
  • Nationally Recognised Training (NRT) logo


The Statement of Attainment issued for this competency must list the following:

  • TAEASS512 Design and develop assessment tools or equivalent
  • TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • TAELLN411 - Address adult language, literacy and numeracy skills

Network Control Safeworking Refresher.ARTC (GROUPED RULE)

COMPETENCIES GOVERNED BY THIS RULE:

Competency Requirements 

  • Applicant name must match the name in RIW. Shortened names are acceptable, Chris for Christopher etc.
  • A Certificate of Achievement issued by The Instruction Company (TIC) is to be uploaded 

    OR

    ARTC issued certificate, awarded by an ARTC Employer Admin can be accepted without a QR code.

  • The certificate must contain the phrase ARTC Network Control Safeworking Refresher followed by a state abbreviation (NSW/TA20/COP).  Examples: “ARTC Network Control Safeworking Refresher NSW”, “ARTC Network Control Safeworking Refresher TA20”, “ARTC Network Control Safeworking Refresher CoP and Addendum”

NOTE: 

  • Certificates that state they have only completed off job training will NOT be accepted
  • Certificates issued before March 1, 2025: previous versions of the certificate are acceptable, provided they meet the minimum requirements.
  • Certificates issued from March 1, 2025 onwards: all certificates must adhere to the new certificate template provided in the accepted documentation.

  • The date of issue should be entered as the issue date in RIW
  • The expiry will be 2 years from the date of issue
