Competency requirements

• Applicants name is to be displayed on the document
• Applicants name on document is required to match the applicants registered cardholder name (However shortened versions such as 'Chris' for 'christopher' would be acceptable first name differences)
• The Statement of Certification or Track Welding Licence uploaded to this competency identifies that you have the required experience for this role.
• The Track Welding Licence must show the code PLK-CJ and/or SKV-E
• Where the restrictions show "Nil", this shows the Licence is for recertification.
• Where the restrictions show "Provisional", this shows the Licence is for first time achieved.

Upload requirements

• Please upload a copy of your Statement of Certification or Track Welding Licence issued by Sydney Trains, which shows the restriction: Nil.
• Set the expiry date, which will be identified on your Licence.
