Certificate III.CPC30211 – Carpentry (with Formwork competencies) (68066)


Competency requirements

  • Applicants name to be shown on documentation
  • Applicants name must match (However shortened versions such as 'Chris' for Christopher can be accepted)
  • Where the qualification CPC30211 Certificate III in Carpentry is used as evidence, you must also provide evidence of completing the applicable units of competency:
    • CPCCCA3018A - Construct, erect and dismantle formwork for stairs and ramps
    • CPCCCA3019A - Erect and dismantle formwork to suspended slabs, columns, beams, and walls
    • CPCCCA3020A - Erect and dismantle jump form formwork
    • CPCCCA3021A - Erect and dismantle slip form formwork


For overseas/international mechanical trade qualifications to be accepted in the RIW Program, the qualification needs to be assessed by Trades Recognition Australia. A copy of the letter from Trades Recognition Australia must be uploaded with the qualification, and the assessment must have the wording: 

  • “This letter confirms that Trades Recognition Australia (TRA) has assessed your application as SUCCESSFUL for the occupation of RELEVANT TRADE under the TRA Migration Skills Assessment Program.”
