Competency requirements

• Name on documentation to match the person registered (Shortened version of name is accepted EG. Chris for Christopher)
• Please upload either a John Holland Certificate of Completion, Training attendance record or Screen Shot for the Health, Safety, Environment & Sustainability Induction.
• Please note, both “Health, Safety, Environment & Sustainability” and “Health, Safety, and Environment” JH certificates are accepted.
• The Certificate of Completion or Training attendance record is provided when Health, Safety, Environment & Sustainability Induction training is face to face.
• In addition to John Holland certificates, acceptable evidence can also be an attendance sheet containing the induction title, cardholder’s name (shortened names are accepted), date and a signature.
• Also accepted is a screenshot from internal LMS system (see example)
  • Name must be on screenshot
  • Competency to be shown
  • Completion date and status to be shown

Upload requirements

• Please upload either a John Holland Certificate of Completion, Training attendance record or Screen Shot for JH.Health, Safety, Environment & Sustainability Induction.
• The Certificate of Completion or Training attendance record is provided when JH.Health, Safety, Environment & Sustainability Induction Requirements training is face to face.
• If Screenshot from internal LMS system is uploaded:
  • No expiry
  • Issued date must same as completed date
