Qualified.ARTC - Certificate of Currency - Track Force Protection Coord - Level 3 - VIC (27341)

From 1 January 2023, this competency must be awarded to the Rail Industry Worker profile using one of the following methods :

  • Directly awarded by the RTO who delivered the training, or
  • Added by a company if the certificate has back-to-source verification, such as a QR code. Please check the accepted evidence below for an example.

Competency requirements

  • Applicant name must match name in RIW, shortened names are acceptable Chris for Christopher etc.
  • Evidence must be a Certificate of Achievement or a Certificate of Currency showing the relevant safeworking job role and level, stating recertification (other accepted words are recert and renewal). For example, “ARTC Track Force Protection Coordinator Level 3 Recertification” issued by one of ARTC’s Approved Safeworking RTO's
  • This role/competence can be accepted by completing a higher-level safeworking recertification given pre-requisite units are held. For example, a Protection Officer Level 4 Certificate of Achievement or a Certificate of Currency for recertification would be accepted for Protection Officer Level 1,2 and 3.
  • 22/12/2023: Certificate issued by Centre for Excellence in Rail Training (CERT) (RTO: 51333) is not accepted if issued on or after 22/12/2023”.
  • Certificate issued by Accell Pty Ltd (RTO: 32213) is not accepted if issued on or after 31 August 2024.

Upload requirements

  • The date of completion should be entered as the Issue date in RIW 
  • The expiry will be 2 years from the date of completion
