  • QR Mayne Induction Card, or
  • QR - Mayne Site Induction Program Online_Contractor Certificate
  • Online induction completed via the RIW System
  • Mayne Rail Complex Induction Card issued by Queensland Rail with photo of contractor and expiry date shown, or the certificate is also accepted with name, surname, email as example
  • A Queensland Rail ONLY Delivered course

Upload requirements

  • Card is white in colour with red Queensland Rail branding.
  • Certificate is white with Queensland Rail banner at top and has "brought to you by Locatrix" at footer.
  • Issue Date = Date of Completion
  • Expiry Date = 12 months from the Date of Completion
