Certificate of Achievement.QR - Working in Electrified territory (76117)

From 1 January 2023, this competency must be awarded to the Rail Industry Worker profile using one of the following methods :

  • Directly awarded by the RTO who delivered the training, or
  • Added by a company if the certificate has back-to-source verification, such as a QR code. Please check the accepted evidence below for an example.

Competency requirements

  • The Working in Electrified Territory qualification specifically covers Queensland Rail (QR) requirements.
  • Only a Queensland Rail Authorised Training Organisation can deliver this competency.
  • All providers issue a Certificate of Achievement showing QR 3.15 Working in Electrified Territory/Working in Electrified Territory which can be accepted under this competency.
  • QR Issue an Electric Traction Card - green in colour and numbered in red - with the Working in Electrified Territory check box marked, expiry date, registered trainer details, signature and service number shown which can also be accepted.
  • QR authorised training providers are 
    • Queensland Rail
    • CERT
    • Accell
    • Go Train
    • JMD Railtech
    • Occupational Skills Centre
    • The Instruction Company.
  • The content is Queensland Rail specific and cannot be deliver by any other RTO.
  • Cards issued by Swetha with a prior completion date prior to 14/03/2022 will be accepted. Cards issued past this date are not a valid form of evidence for this competency.
  • Cards issued by JMD Railtech, Occupational Skills Centre, and The Instruction Company are accepted from 15 March 2022.  

Upload requirements

  • Issue Date = Date of Completion.
  • Expiry Date = 3 years from the Date of Completion.
