Statement of Completion.AMPRN Train - Track Occupancy Authority (TOA) (KDAw0014)

From 1 January 2023, this competency must be awarded to the Rail Industry Worker profile using one of the following methods :

  • Directly awarded by the RTO who delivered the training, or
  • Added by a company if the certificate has back-to-source verification, such as a QR code. Please check the accepted evidence below for an example.

Competency requirements

  • Evidence File required: Statement of Completion/Certificate of Completion
  • Name must match in RIW, shortened names are accepted Chris for Christopher. 

    Certificate must include Keolis logo, name of competency, competency code, certificate issue date, training completion date, training expiry date.

  • Evidence showing Government of South Australia Rail Commissioner logo, name of competency (will not include code of AMPRN course in title) is also accepted.

  • Certificate of Completion issued by Keolis including the following can be accepted,
    • Competency Name
    • Certificate Issue Date
    • Yellow seal at the top of the certificate

  • Only Keolis can deliver this training.

  • Training completion and expiry date must be entered into RIW.

Upload requirements

  • Issue Date = Date of Completion
  • Expiry Date = 2 years from issue
