Competency Requirements

• Applicants name must match the name in RIW (However shortened names are acceptable, such as Chris for Christopher)
• Certificate of Achievement from our approved RTOs (listed below) is accepted.
• The COA must state UGLRL – 2023 Rules and Procedures Amendments with an issue date not before 19th June 2023.
• Also accepted are the first 3 pages of the UGLRL Assessment document entitled  - UGL Regional Linx 2023 Network Rule and Procedure Amendments Assessment (see example)
  • Accepted RTO's are:
  • CERT 
  • GoTrain 
  • The Instruction Company 
  • Yakka Training
• Where the assessment document is loaded, it must show that the learner has been assessed as competent.
