Competency Requirements

• The applicant's name must be shown on the document
• Applicant's name on the document to match applicant's name in RIW (However, shortened first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' are accepted)
• Suburban Unrestricted TFPC Inner Suburban Safety Observations certificate of completion or Unrestricted TFPC Inner Suburban Renewal Safety Observation certificate is required to be uploaded
• Only documentation issued by Metro Academy will be accepted. Available for viewing by clicking on the accepted evidence below.
• Black and white or colour can be accepted

Upload Requirements

• Award date = Date of completion shown on the certificate
• Expiry date = 2 years from the date of completion
