Competency Requirements

• The applicant's name must be displayed on the uploaded evidence.
• A V/Line Induction document is required to be uploaded.
• The Statement of Attendance is uploaded, the following points of verification check need to be completed:
  • Evidence must be signed by the Authorised V/Line Representative
  • Evidence must display a matching role title
  • Black & white OR colour copy of this document is accepted
  • Must be clear and legible

Upload Requirements

• Issue Date - The date induction was signed off by the Authorised V/Line Representative
• Expiry Date - 3 Years from the issue date
