Competency Requirements

• Applicants name to be displayed on the Gold Card
• Gold card to show indication of TSH (Telescopic Handler) Type – F (Fork), B (Earthmoving Bucket), J (Crane Jib) and O (other TSH attachment)
• Black and white or colour copy accepted
• Only record the expiration date if there is one shown on the card
• If the card is uploaded, both sides are required to be shown within the uploaded file
• Statement of Attainment RIIHAN309F – Conduct telescopic materials handler operations can also be accepted

Upload Requirements

• Award Date - Issue Date
• Expiry Date - Expiry date listed on the card
