Competency Requirements

• Applicant's name to be shown on the documentation.
• Date must be shown on documentation.
• Name on documentation to match the person registered (Shortened version of name is accepted, EG Chris for Christopher.
• Evaluation Form must state:
  • Worker Competence Evaluation - Employer Declaration (see accepted evidence).
  • The Employer Company name must be B&K Revegetation and Landscaping
  • Project Name – Webuild - SSTOM Project
  • Contracted Works Description - Revegetation Activities
  • Plant / Equipment and/or Activity worker authorised to use/conduct - Hydromulch Unit Operation
  • Subcontractor Principal Name – B&K Revegetation and Landscaping
