The signed Letter of Signalling Bridging Extension is uploaded, the following points of verification check need to be completed: Evidence must be on ‘V/line Letter of Authorisation’ document no.NIFO-5240 Evidence must display the company name Evidence must have the Document Registration Number: Evidence must be signed by the Authorised V/Line Representative (Craig Harding or representative).  Evidence must display the matching title. Black & white OR colour copy of this document is accepted. Must be clear and legible
