Competency Requirements 

  • The applicant's name must be shown on the document.

  • The name on the document must match the applicant's registered name (However shortened versions such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' are accepted).

  • The certificate must have "ALTC Electrical Safety Awareness."

  • PTA WA is the only provider accepted.

Upload Requirements

  • Award Date - Date of Completion

  • Expiry Date - 1 Year from the Award date
