Competency Requirements  One of the following documents must be uploaded as evidence: The Rolling Stock Sidings Induction Form (A10273) Metro Rolling Stock Certificate of Completion (CoC) The submitted evidence must meet the following criteria: The applicant’s name must match the name in RIW (shortened first names, such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher,' are accepted). The siding listed on the evidence must match the siding the evidence has been uploaded against in RIW. The evidence must state that 'MFWI 440001 – Protection of Personnel Performing Maintenance & Commissioning in Sidings' has been completed. The evidence must be clear and legible.
