Competency Requirements 

• Applicant's name to be shown on the documentation
• Applicant's name must match (However shortened versions such as 'Chris' for Christopher can be accepted)
• To be accepted in the RIW Program, a copy of the registration from the NSW Architects Registration Board must be uploaded with the degree, and the document must have the wording:

   

• “NSW Registered Architect. This is to certify that XXXX is registered as an Architect in New South Wales in accordance with section 17 of the Architects Act 2003.”
                  OR

• “This is to certify that in accordance with the section 28 (1) of the Architects Act 2003 that XXXX is registered in the Practising Category of the NSW Register of Architects. The registration is valid to XXXX date (this must be current).”

Upload Requirements

• Award date = Issue date/Completion date (If the Completion date is indicated on the certificate it must be used instead of Issue date)
