Competency Requirements 

  • Applicant's legal name to be shown
  • Accepted form of evidence
    • Aurizon Logbook
      • Must have at least 1 logbook entry within the last 6 months (otherwise the worker must undertake Logbook Reset Training)
      • The award date will be the date of the last logbook entry
      • Must be signed off by a supervisor
    • Aurizon Certificate of Competency Aurizon Authorised Person - Logbook Reset
  • Black and white or colour copy of this document is accepted

Upload Requirements

  • Certificate Award Date - Date of Completion
  • Logbook Award Date - the date of the last logbook entry
  • 6 month expiry
