Competency Requirements 

• Name on the certificate to match the name in the system (shortened versions accepted, e.g. 'Chris' accepted for Christopher)
• Recognised Training Institution name to be displayed on the document
• An actual copy of the certificate/degree is required. Letters are not accepted in lieu of this.
• The completion date or issue date must be displayed
• Certificate needs to state "Maintenance and Diagnostics in Mechanical Engineering Level 4"

• Certificates issued by the New Zealand Qualifications Authority are accepted
