Competency Requirements 

  • The applicable Statement of Competency form must be downloaded from the MTM Document Portal and uploaded.

  • The form must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be assessed and signed by an MTM-approved Assessor and SME before upload.

  • The applicant’s name must match the name in RIW (shortened first names, such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher,' are accepted).

  • The roles applied for must match the job role in RIW.

  • The document must be clear and legible.

Upload Requirements

  • Award Date: Date the Statement of Competency (SoC) was signed by the Assessor (unless advised otherwise on assessment paperwork or by endorser).
  • Expiry Date: 4 years.
