This induction is required if a Rail Worker is entering the following section of Broken Hill Rail Yard -  - Orange to Broken Hill 1123.6km – 1126.597km including sidings and Crystal Brook to Broken Hill 392.16km – 392.281km.


  • Name on documentation to match the person registered. A shortened version of name is accepted, e.g. Chris for Christopher.
  • Black and white or colour copy of this document is accepted.
  • Evidence must show indication of the Contamination Induction Broken Hill Rail Yard has been successfully completed.
