  • A Letter of Equivalence issued by Metro Trains Melbourne (MTM) must be uploaded.
  • The applicant’s name must match the name in RIW (shortened first names, such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher,' are accepted).
  • Must be on an MTM letterhead and include the Metro Trains Melbourne watermark.
  • Completion or issue date must be clearly shown.
  • Must be signed and dated by Stephen Chambers or Patrick McGrath.
  • Uploaded directly by MTM.
