Competency Requirements 

• Applicant's name to be shown on the documentation
• Applicant's name must match (However shortened versions such as 'Chris' for Christopher can be accepted)
• An actual copy of the certificate/degree is required. Letters are not accepted in lieu of this.
• Completion date or issue date must be displayed
• Document needs to be a Graduate Diploma issued by Central Queensland University
• Needs to contain the wording Railway Signalling or Signalling and Telecommunications
• No expiry
