Competency Requirements 

• Name on the document to match the name in the system (shortened versions accepted, e.g. 'Chris' accepted for Christopher)
• Name of company/manufacturer to be displayed on the document.
• An actual copy of the document must be uploaded. Letters or cards will not be accepted.
• Written evidence of completion of training in certificate format from the company conducting the training. This must be endorsed by the manufacturer of the product. Certificate must reflect type of fuel tank product and associated tools and systems. For example:
  • Diesel Fuel Pumping Systems and Storage Tanks
  • Manual/Handheld Tools
  • Electric Power Tools
  • Electrical Systems
  • Mechanical Systems
  • The date of issue/completion must be displayed.
