Competency Requirements 

• Applicant’s name must be shown on the documentation. 
• Applicant’s name must match (shortened versions, e.g. Chris for Christopher, are acceptable). 
• Recognised Training Institution name must be displayed on the document.  
• Applicants currently undertaking a listed qualification must upload proof from the Registered Training Organisation showing formal training has commenced (eg. Enrolment Letter)
• The following qualifications can be accepted without confirmation from MTM:
  • UEE41223 - Cert IV in Electrical - Rail Signalling
• All other submissions must be forwarded to competencies@metrotrains.com.au before they're verified. Evidence must be accepted by MTM for it to be verified.
