Competency Requirements 

  • Applicant name must match the name in RIW, shortened names are acceptable Chris for Christopher etc.

  • The document must be Level 2 weld inspection issued in accordance with ISO 9712 by ICNDT mutual recognition member or American Society for Non-Destructive Testing SNT-TC-1A 2001. 

  • The following link can be used to check if an organization is a mutual recognition member: https://aindt.com.au/ICNDT-Agreement.

  • Black and white OR colour copy of this document is accepted.

Upload Requirements

  • Issue date to be recorded as the date the training was complete.

  • The expiry will be 5 years from the date of completion.
