ARTC - 2026 Operations Possession Induction (ELEARNING ONLY) (EL443)


Competency Requirements 

  • Name on the certificate must match the name in RIW (shortened versions are acceptable, eg, Chris for Christopher) 
  • The certificate must contain the MTA logo and the name of the competency 
  • The possession induction will cover from January 1 to December 31, 2026

  • Award Date = issue date as stated on the certificate
