• Applicant's legal name to be shown 
• Shortened names are accepted 
• Accepted form of evidence 
  • Verification of Competency showing Aurizon Network Safeworking Standards (Track Vehicle Operator- CAT3)
  • The Yellow "Authority to work as CAT 3 driver on the Aurizon Network" cards will be accepted
    • Expiry date can't be later than 08/10/28.
• Black and white or colour copy of this document is accepted

Upload Requirements

• Award Date - Date of Completion
• Expiry Date - 3 Years from the Award date or expiry date listed on the Yellow card (No later than 08/10/28)
