Competency Requirements 

• Applicant’s name must be displayed on the certificate
• Applicant’s name on the document must match the cardholder’s registered name. Shortened versions such as “Chris” for “Christopher” are accepted
• The document must be a Certificate of Authorisation confirming authorisation for 'MTM – PCR – Plant Controller Restricted'
• The document must be issued by Metro Trains Melbourne (MTM)
• Completion or issue date must be displayed
• Name and or signature of the issuer must be displayed
• The certificate must be uploaded directly by MTM (Metro Academy)

Upload Requirements

• Award Date = Date of completion
• Expiry Date = 36 months
