Competency Requirements 

• Applicants name must be shown on document.
• Name on document must match applicants registered name (however shortened versions such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' are accepted).
• Must be signed off by PTA Manager of Learning and Organisational Development.
• PTA WA is the only provider accepted.
• 3 year duration.
• Pilot rail traffic within work on track authority limits to be listed

Upload Requirements

• Issue date = date of training completion
• Expiry date = 3 years from issue date
