Competency Requirements 

• The applicant's name must be displayed on the document.
• The applicant's name on the document should match the name in RIW (Shortened first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' are acceptable).
• The evidence must be a Certificate of Completion issued by Metro Trains Melbourne Rolling Stock Training Department and must include the following:
  • Employee Name
  • Employed by (eg, Company)
  • RIW or Employee Number
  • Date of Completion
  • Signature of Training Manager
