Competency Requirements 

• Name on the document/letter to match the name in the system (shortened versions accepted, e.g. 'Chris' accepted for Christopher)
• Name of company/sub-contractor and business details to be displayed on the document. (Business details include Trading name, address, contact details and ABN/ACN)
• Document/letter must include a minimum of 3 years (full time equivalent) experience in installation, testing and commissioning of wet protection systems.
• The date of issue must be displayed.
• Signatory Name, Signature and Company position must be displayed.
• Signatory’s contact details must be displayed (minimum email and phone number)
• Company Position of Signatory must be a manager, director or business owner.
