  • 1 week training course delivered by Queensland Rail, upon successful completion the individual will be issued with a Certificate of Achievement
  • Evidence file required = Certificate of Achievement for QR - KSR Category 3 Driver
  • Name must match name in RIW, shortened names are acceptable Chris for Christopher  

Upload Requirements

  • Issue Date = Date of Completion
  • Expiry Date = 3 years from issue date
