Competency Requirements 

  • Tafe or RTO enrolment documentation, inclusive of enrolled units of competency, date, employee name and signature from employee, employer and institution or, 

  • A signed and dated letter by the Authorised Representative confirming employee engagement in training toward achieving unit of competency.

Upload Requirements

  • Signed Date = Date of enrolment

  • Signed Date = Issue Date
