Competency Requirements 

• Name of LEEA Registered Technician to be displayed on the document and must match the name in the system (shortened versions accepted, e.g. 'Chris' accepted for Christopher)
• An actual copy of the document is required. Letters are not accepted in lieu of this.
• Document must be issued by Lifting Equipment Engineers Association (LEEA)
• Registration Number must be displayed on the document.
• Company must be displayed on the document.
• Team Card Issue Date must be displayed on the document.
• Team Card Expiry Date must be displayed on the document and must be current
• Qualifications Subject must be displayed on the document
• Qualifications Issue Date must be displayed on the document
• Date Refresher Due must be displayed on the document and must be current
