  • Please upload a copy of the Brookfield Rail card with WMP01 on the card (Track Access Permit) OR
  • Please upload a copy of the Brookfield Rail card with WMP05 on the card (Track Access Permit) OR
  • Please upload a copy of the new Brookfield Rail Card with SW stated on the card that has a QR Reader on the front of the card OR
  • Please upload copy of a letter from Brookfield Rail stating the employee's SW level with expiry date noted.
