Competency requirements

• The evidence provided for this competency is either:
• A completed practical assessment that identifies the plant being assessed OR
• A John Holland equipment card

Upload requirements

• When Card is Uploaded:
  • Card must be signed by John Holland Training Manager
  • Both sides (Front and Back) of the card should be included within the upload.
  • There must be a suitable / matching competency shown on the back of the card to what has been detailed is required in the competency title
  • Record the expiry date in RIW as the date of expiry which is shown in the same line as the matching competency title on the back of the card
• When Practical Assessment is uploaded:
  • There must be a suitable / matching competency shown on the JH practical assessment document to what has been detailed is required in the competency title.
  • Practical assessment must indicate ‘Competent’ or ‘Satisfactory’ as the applicants results.
  • Document must display participant signature and date and assessors name signature and date.
  • Record the issue date in RIW as the date the assessor has provided on the document.
  • Record the expiry date in RIW as the date which is calculated to be 2 years from the date of practical assessment completion / sign off.
