Competency requirements

• Name on Licence / card to match the person registered.
• Class / Code WS to be listed or show indication of a statement of attainment unit of competency with corresponding coding.
• Issue date to be recorded as per licence.
• Black and white or colour copy acceptable.
• If card is uploaded, both sides are required to be shown within uploaded file.
• Needs to be issued by a training company with ABN but Does NOT need to be issued by Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
• Verification of competency's (VOC's) cannot be accepted for this upload.
• An 'Assessment Summary' showing the relevant coding may be accepted for the temporary length of time nominated on this summary document as an 'interim document' until the statement of attainment or card / licence has been issued.
