Competency requirements

• Name on Licence / card to match the person registered
• Class / Code LR to be listed or show indication of a statement of attainment unit of competency with corresponding coding
• Where a "card" showing a code for a piece of plant is used as evidence - the front and back of card needs to be uploaded
• Issue date to be recorded as per licence
• Black and white or colour copy acceptable
• Needs to be issued by a training company with ABN but Does NOT need to be issued by Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
• Verification of competency's (VOC's) cannot be accepted for this upload
• An 'Assessment Summary' showing the relevant coding may be accepted for the temporary length of time nominated on this summary document as an 'interim document' until the statement of attainment or card / licence has been issued. NOTE: If no temporary length of time is shown on document, the expiry should be recorded as 4 weeks from date of completion.
• Issue date to be recorded as displayed on document.

As of 24/08/2022: NOHSC licences will no longer be accepted as evidence and should be uploaded to the equivalent NOHSC licence competency instead.
