QR - Comms (QNRP) Trainer (910055)

From 1 January 2023, this competency must be awarded to the Rail Industry Worker profile using one of the following methods :

  • Directly awarded by the RTO who delivered the training, or
  • Added by a company if the certificate has back-to-source verification, such as a QR code. Please check the accepted evidence below for an example.

Competency requirements

  • The QR - Comms (QNRP) Trainer qualification specifically covers Queensland Rail's training delivery requirements
  • Only a Queensland Rail Authorised training organisation can deliver this competency. Delivery of the competency is contained to the licenced provider on-training own trainers as agreed to in writing
  • QR authorised training providers are - Queensland Rail, CERT, Accell, Go Train, Swetha
  • Only Queensland Rail can assess this competency and upload the completed RTO TAP form
  • Employer Admin to upload one of the following: 
    • QR - Certificate of Achievement Communications - Accepted
    • 3.3_CoA_CERT - Accepted from 10/10/2019
    • 3.3_CoA_Accell - Accepted from 10/10/2019
    • 3.3_CoA_Go Train - Accepted from 10/10/2019
    • 3.3_CoA_Swetha - Accepted from 10/10/2019

Upload requirements

  • Issue Date = Date of Completion
  • Expiry Date = Nil
  • Role validity also subject to meeting Queensland Rail’s external licenced trainer requirements
