Competency requirements

• Please upload either a John Holland Certificate, the training attendance record of Completion or a screenshot for the HSE Foundations/Framework Training.
• The RIW eLearning certificate showing completion of this course can be accepted 
• In addition to John Holland certificates, acceptable evidence can also be an attendance sheet containing the induction title, cardholder’s name (shortened names are accepted), date and a signature.

OR

• A Screenshot from RIW eLearning must show the
  • Foundations of HSE
  • Pass as result
  • Completed as status 

OR

• John Holland Certificate showing Foundations of HSE (e-Learning) or Foundations of HSE (Face to Face)
• Screenshot of historical records
• Also accepted is a screenshot from the internal LMS system (see example):
  • Name must be on the screenshot
  • Competency to be shown
  • Completion date and status to be shown

Upload requirements

• There is no expiry for this competency
• Issue date to be entered as per the date on the certificate
• For the screenshot date entered is sufficient 
• Must show person's First and Last Name
• If a screenshot from the internal LMS system is uploaded:
  • No expiry
  • Issued date must same as the completed date
