Competency requirements 


Previously known as Rail.Induction.Global Mandatory Requirements Awareness Environment 1 -11       

                 

Name on documentation to match the person registered (Shortened version of the name is accepted EG. Chris for Christopher). Accepted types of evidence are: 

  • A Chris 21 screenshot of a John Holland employee record OR 
  • A Certificate of Attendance (or certificate of completion) from John Holland is required for contractors OR 
  • A John Holland Contractor management certificate OR A screenshot from RIW

The screenshot for an employee must show:

  • The code GMR1-11 Global Mandatory Requirements 1-11 complete

The Certificate of Attendance for contractors must show:

  • Global Mandatory Requirements Awareness Training 1-11
  • Issue date must be recorded as the date of completion

A Training Attendance record must show:

  • Global Mandatory Requirements Awareness Training 1-11
  • Issue date must be recorded as the date of completion

A John Holland Contractor management certificate must show:

  • Global Mandatory Requirements Awareness
  • Pass as exam result

A screenshot from RIW must show:

  • Global Mandatory Requirements Awareness
  • Pass as result
  • Completed as status

A screenshot from the internal LMS system (see example)

  • Name must be on the screenshot
  • Competency to be shown
  • Completion date and status to be shown

Upload requirements 

  • There is no expiry for this competency
  • Issue date to be entered as per date on certificate
  • For screenshot date entered is sufficient 
  • Must show persons First and Last Name
  • If screenshot from internal LMS system is uploaded:
    • No expiry
    • Issued date must same as completed date
