Competency requirements

• Name must match name in RIW (shortened first names accepted)
• Evidence for this competency can be either a certificate of achievement issued by a V/Line authorised registered training organisation (RTO) or a Statement of Attainment issued for the first time by a V/Line authorised registered training organisation (RTO)
• A Statement of Attainment can be used for the first time so long as it was achieved in the last two years, otherwise re-certification is required to identify you retain the relevant knowledge for the role.
• A Statement of Attainment can be used for the first time, so long as it shows the following unit of competency
  • TLIB3102 Adjust Rail
• Where a certificate issued by a V/Line RTO, it must reference the Adjust Rail Unit of Competency
